New England Dance Conservatory or NEDC is located in E Longmeadow south of the rotary. They have classes for ages 3 to adult. Classes offered include Mommy and Me, Ballet (with pointe should you so desire), jazz, funk-breaking styles, modern, and tap.
If it's been awhile since you've taken a class, don't worry. They have classes of all levels. Need a challenge? Take any of the C level classes for Teens and Adults.
